New combo therapy aims to restore arm function after stroke

Summary
This study tests whether combining synergy-based motor therapy with neuromuscular electrical stimulation can improve arm and hand function in people who had a stroke 3 to 6 months ago. About 40 adults aged 50 to 65 with mild to moderate arm weakness will participate. The goal is to see if this approach helps them move better and reduces muscle stiffness.
