Can a simple score predict which stroke patients are most at risk of dying?

NCT ID NCT07355881

Summary

This study aims to see if a simple scoring system, called the Modified SOAR score, can accurately predict which patients hospitalized for a stroke are at highest risk of dying within the first week. Researchers will observe 60 adult stroke patients at Sohag University Hospitals, collecting their medical information and tracking their outcomes. The goal is to help doctors identify high-risk patients earlier to improve their care.
