Summary
This study is testing if a simple, non-invasive therapy can help people sleep better after having a stroke. The therapy involves applying gentle, repeated pressure to the upper arms with a special device. Researchers will enroll 40 stroke survivors with insomnia to see if this treatment improves their sleep quality and overall recovery.
