Summary

This study aims to find biological markers that can predict which stroke survivors will improve their walking speed with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Researchers will measure blood lactate, brain chemicals, and blood flow in 55 veterans with chronic stroke. The goal is to personalize rehabilitation by identifying who is most likely to benefit from this therapy.
