Summary
This study is testing if a new brain-sensing technology can improve hand rehabilitation after a stroke. It will involve 30 people in the early recovery phase. One group will get standard hand therapy plus sessions where they use their concentration to control a virtual hand, while the other group gets standard therapy alone.
