Mind-Controlled hand? brain tech aims to rewire stroke recovery
NCT ID NCT07262528
Summary
This study is testing if adding a special brain-training system to standard hand therapy helps people recover hand movement after a stroke. It will involve 30 people who recently had a stroke. Half will use a system where focusing their thoughts triggers a virtual hand movement, while the other half receive standard therapy alone.
