Shocking new hope for stroke hand paralysis?

Summary

This study tests three types of non-invasive brain stimulation combined with hand therapy to see which best helps stroke survivors regain hand movement. About 63 adults who had a stroke 6 to 24 months ago will participate. The goal is to improve their ability to pick up and move blocks, a sign of better hand control.
