Summary

This study is testing if adding a gentle, non-invasive brain stimulation to hand therapy helps people recover hand movement after a stroke. It will compare three different types of stimulation over 12 weeks of therapy. The goal is to see which approach, if any, leads to better recovery of hand function for stroke survivors.
