Scientists test Brain's hand recognition after stroke

NCT ID NCT07497464

Summary

This study aims to test a simple computer task where stroke patients look at pictures of hands and decide if they are left or right hands. Researchers want to see if this task is a reliable way to measure how the brain processes movement after a stroke. The study involves 30 adult stroke patients and focuses on measuring their reaction time and accuracy during the task.
