Summary
This study tests a special training program for the soleus muscle (a calf muscle) to see if it can improve walking and muscle activity in people who have had a stroke. The study will include 40 adults aged 45-60 who can walk at least 10 meters with some help. Researchers will measure changes in walking speed, balance, and muscle signals before and after the training.
