Summary
This study looked at how adding tilt-table exercise and motor imagery (mental practice of movement) to standard therapy affects walking and trunk stability in stroke survivors. Sixty-six patients who were 6-8 weeks post-stroke took part. The goal was to measure changes in gait and balance, not to provide a cure or direct treatment.
