Can changing how we feed stroke patients save lives?

NCT ID NCT07353658

Summary

This study aims to find out if feeding severe stroke patients in scheduled bursts (intermittent) is better than a steady drip (continuous) for improving survival and recovery. It will involve 60 patients and track their health, nutrition, and side effects over 90 days. Researchers will also look at how the different feeding methods affect the body's metabolism and gut bacteria.
