New hospital therapy aims to stop stroke patients from falling

Summary
This study is testing a new fall prevention program for people recovering from a stroke in the hospital. Patients will receive extra therapy and education focused on avoiding falls. After they go home, they will get daily text messages for 90 days to track if they fall, to see if the hospital program helps.
