New stroke drug tested in Real-World study

Summary
This study is observing 336 adults aged 18-85 who have had an acute ischemic stroke and are receiving a new clot-busting drug called non-immune staphylokinase. Researchers will track safety, especially bleeding in the brain, and compare results to the standard drug alteplase. The goal is to see how well the new drug works in everyday hospital settings.
