Summary

This study looks at how well and how safely a clot-busting drug called tenecteplase works in people aged 80 and older who have had a stroke. Researchers will track recovery and side effects in 392 patients who receive the drug within 4.5 hours of symptoms. The goal is to gather real-world evidence to guide treatment decisions for this age group.
