Can a stroke drug help the oldest patients recover?

Summary
This study aims to see how well and how safely a clot-busting drug called tenecteplase works for stroke patients aged 80 and older. It will observe nearly 400 patients who receive the drug within 4.5 hours of their stroke symptoms starting. The main goal is to see how many patients have an excellent recovery 90 days later.
