Summary
This study aims to compare how well two existing stroke medications help patients recover from mild-to-moderate strokes. Researchers will follow 600 stroke patients in real hospital settings to see which drug leads to better recovery outcomes. The study will look at safety, effectiveness, and cost to help doctors choose the best treatment.
