New drug cocktail aims to boost stroke recovery

Summary
This study tests whether adding a drug called human urinary kallidinogenase to standard clot-busting therapy (reteplase) helps people recover better after a stroke. The trial will include 220 adults who have had a moderate stroke and can be treated within 4.5 hours. The main goal is to see if more people have little or no disability 90 days after treatment.
