Summary

This trial tests whether Occupational Performance Coaching (OPC) can help adults who have had a stroke and finished rehabilitation get back to activities they value. Participants are randomly assigned to receive OPC or an attention control, both delivered virtually. The study measures changes in participation performance and satisfaction, as well as self-efficacy, physical activity, cognition, and mood, right after treatment and at three months. A subset of participants will also share their experiences in interviews.
