Summary
This research study aims to understand the makeup of blood clots that cause strokes. Researchers will analyze clots removed from 500 stroke patients during standard medical procedures and study related blood biomarkers. The goal is to learn how clot composition relates to how well treatments work, the cause of the stroke, and a patient's recovery.
