Summary

This study tested a new medical device called the Millipede System for treating severe strokes caused by large blood clots. Doctors used it to try to quickly remove the clot and restore blood flow to the brain in 246 patients. The main goals were to see how well the device worked to open blocked arteries and to check if it was safe.
