Massive stroke drug registry tests recovery in 23,000 patients

NCT ID NCT06707987

Summary

This study observed how well a clot-dissolving drug called non-immunogenic staphylokinase works for patients having a stroke caused by a blood clot. It followed over 23,000 patients in real-world hospital settings to check the drug's safety and see how many people recovered with little to no disability 90 days after treatment. The goal was to gather more evidence on this treatment's effectiveness after it was approved for use.
