Summary

This study is testing a specific exercise program to see if it helps improve hand and arm function in people recovering from a stroke. Researchers will compare a group doing standard therapy plus a new 'task-oriented circuit training' to a group doing only standard therapy. The goal is to see if the new training helps with daily tasks like reaching, grasping, and writing.
