Light therapy tested to help stroke survivors regain arm use

NCT ID NCT07055945

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a special light-based training system to standard physical therapy helps improve arm and hand function in people who have had a stroke. Researchers will compare the new combined approach to standard therapy alone in 38 participants. The goal is to see if this interactive, game-like training helps with movement, muscle control, and thinking skills during stroke recovery.
