Can touch or mirror tricks restore arm movement after stroke?

Summary

This study compares two types of therapy to help stroke survivors regain use of their arm and hand. 24 people who had a stroke 1 to 6 months ago will receive either gentle touch stimulation or mirror-based exercises for 4 weeks. Researchers will measure improvements in movement and dexterity to see which approach works better.
