New VR therapy aims to help stroke survivors regain arm movement

Summary
This study tests a new way to help people who have had a stroke move their arm better. It uses a virtual reality system that senses muscle signals and helps guide hand movements, combined with gentle brain stimulation. The goal is to improve arm function and dexterity. The study will include 45 adults with mild to moderate arm weakness after their first stroke.
