Mind over movement: new study tests focus techniques to help stroke survivors regain arm use
NCT ID NCT07289308
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to use mental focus instructions to help people recover arm and hand function after a recent stroke. It will compare two different training approaches in 36 participants who are within 6 months of their stroke. The goal is to see if combining two types of focus cues works better than using them one after the other.
