NCT ID NCT07308535

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looked at whether training with stroboscopic glasses—glasses that flicker on and off—can improve athletic performance in volleyball players. 54 male professional players did passing, reception, and blocking drills for 6 weeks, some wearing the glasses and some not. Researchers measured reaction time, agility, jumping power, balance, and coordination before and after training to see if the glasses made a difference.
