Can flashing glasses make you a better athlete?
NCT ID NCT07308535
Summary
This study aimed to see if training with special glasses that create a strobing, flickering effect could improve athletic performance in volleyball players. Fifty-four male professional players were split into two groups: one trained with the glasses for six weeks, while the other trained normally. Researchers measured changes in skills like reaction time, agility, and balance to understand if this visual training method works.
