Can simple stretching beat aerobic exercise for pregnancy blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07255677
Summary
This study aims to see if stretching exercises or aerobic exercises work better to help manage mild preeclampsia, a serious pregnancy condition involving high blood pressure. Researchers will enroll 60 first-time pregnant women and randomly assign them to do one type of exercise for six weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in blood pressure and protein in the urine to see which activity is more effective as a non-drug therapy.
