Summary
This study aims to understand how day-to-day changes in stress levels affect a person's ability to lose weight, be active, and sleep well during a standard weight loss program. Researchers will follow 50 adults with obesity who are already enrolled in a community weight loss program. Participants will wear activity trackers and answer brief daily surveys on their phones about their stress and mood for two weeks.
