Summary
This study looked at how everyday stress might harm blood vessels and thinking skills in people aged 40 to 55. Seventeen participants tracked their stress online for 14 days, then had their blood vessel function tested in a lab. The goal was to see if stress-related changes in blood vessels could lead to future memory or thinking problems.
