NCT ID NCT04856462
Summary
This study tested a 6-week video support program designed specifically for Black family members caring for loved ones with Alzheimer's or dementia. The program brought small groups together weekly to learn culturally relevant strategies for managing stress and personal health while caregiving. Researchers wanted to see if this approach was practical and could help caregivers feel more confident and find positive aspects in their caregiving role.
