Summary
This study looks at how a short session of moderate cycling or a breathing technique called cyclic sighing affects stress, thinking, and body responses in 30 healthy young adults. Participants will try both activities on separate days, with a week in between. The goal is to understand which approach works better for reducing stress and improving focus.
