NCT ID NCT04820283
First seen Oct 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 05, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested two early treatments for people with stress-related health issues in primary care. 172 adults with mild to moderate stress symptoms were randomly assigned to either collaborative care (a team-based approach) or guided self-help cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) via computer. The goal was to see if collaborative care works as well as CBT, the current gold standard, in reducing stress and burnout.
