Summary
This study tested a short educational program designed to help healthcare workers, specifically nurses, manage work-related stress. Thirty-one nurses participated in a 4.5-hour program over three weeks, which included lessons on breathing, movement, and stress management. Researchers measured changes in their stress, anxiety, burnout, and physical health one week and one month after the program ended to see if it helped.
