Summary
This study is testing a 12-session breathing and biofeedback program delivered through a smartphone app. It aims to help Portuguese National Guard officers reduce work-related stress and burnout while improving their overall well-being. The program teaches officers to control their breathing while watching their heart rate patterns in real-time, with the goal of improving the body's natural stress response.
