Summary
This study is testing whether a video-conferenced stress management and relaxation training program is practical and acceptable for breast cancer survivors in Alabama. The program aims to improve health and wellbeing by teaching stress reduction techniques. Researchers are specifically enrolling 25 survivors who live in neighborhoods with high economic hardship to understand what helps or hinders participation.
