Summary
This study looks at whether virtual reality (VR) and special sounds called binaural beats can help healthy adults feel less stressed. About 52 people will take part in a single 30-minute session where they may watch nature scenes in VR, listen to sounds, or both. Researchers will measure heart rate and ask about stress levels to see if these methods work.
