First seen Nov 14, 2025 · Last updated Apr 17, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a short, daily mind-body exercise program delivered through a phone app can help reduce stress and physical symptoms for women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. Participants are randomly assigned to either use the app for 14 days before starting chemotherapy or to receive standard care. Researchers will measure stress, mood, and physical symptoms through questionnaires and blood tests to see if the app makes a difference during and after treatment.
