Summary
This study is testing a short counseling program designed to help teens living with HIV manage stress and build resilience. Researchers in Eswatini will enroll 140 adolescents to see if the program is practical, acceptable, and can improve their mental well-being and quality of life. The program involves three one-on-one sessions focusing on stress management and coping skills.
