Summary
This study is testing a new workplace health program designed to help doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff better manage stress and prevent burnout. The program combines mindfulness techniques, self-care strategies, and nutrition advice focused on gut health. Researchers will enroll 252 employees to see if this approach improves resilience and well-being compared to a waitlist group.
