Summary
This study looks at how non-food-related stressors (like work or emotional stress) affect menstrual health in pre-menopausal women. Researchers will measure stress hormones, sex hormones, and energy use in 600 women over 6 months. The goal is to understand if stress alone can disrupt periods, without changes in diet or exercise.
