Study tests best ways to help students keep using stress relief tools
NCT ID NCT07242378
Summary
This study aimed to find the best way to help university students keep using stress management strategies over the long term. It compared three follow-up support methods—workshop boosters, online community drop-ins, and email reminders—against a group that received no extra support. The goal was to see which approach was most effective, acceptable to students, and best at helping them maintain healthy habits for up to six months.
