Summary
This study aims to see if teaching stress management techniques to pregnant women can lower their stress hormones and potentially reduce risks like preterm birth. Researchers will enroll 50 pregnant women who are at least 24 weeks along to track their stress levels and learn about their healthcare experiences. The goal is to understand how stress affects pregnancy and find ways to help women from different backgrounds cope better.
