Summary
This study looks at whether adding three extra sessions focused on managing parental stress to an existing parenting program helps parents feel less stressed and improves their relationship with their child. About 120 families of young children with disruptive behavior disorders or ADHD will take part. Researchers will compare families who get the standard program alone to those who also get the stress management sessions.
