Summary
This study looked at whether a stress management program could lower stress levels in nurses working at a large hospital in Nepal. One hundred nurses took part; half received a 4-session stress training, while the other half did not. Researchers measured stress, anxiety, and depression before and after the program using standard questionnaires.
