Summary
This study tested a 10-week stress management group program designed specifically for Spanish-speaking Hispanic men who have been treated for prostate cancer. The program taught relaxation and coping skills to help improve quality of life and reduce symptoms like fatigue, pain, and distress. Researchers compared this culturally adapted program to a standard version to see which was more effective for this community.
