Pen-Sized device aims to ease student exam stress

Summary
This study is testing a small, discreet breathing device called the AIRpen to see if it helps college students manage stress during exam periods. Researchers want to know if students find the device easy and acceptable to use, and if using it improves their sense of well-being and coping ability. The study will enroll about 47 students and last for two weeks during a stressful academic time.
