Scientists probe hidden link between daily stress and future brain fog
NCT ID NCT06466655
Summary
This small pilot study aimed to understand how everyday stress might affect heart and blood vessel health, and whether this could be a reason for future memory or thinking problems. Researchers studied 17 middle-aged adults, some with depression, tracking their daily stress for two weeks and then testing their blood vessel function in a lab. The goal was to gather basic knowledge to inform future research, not to test a treatment.
